Global Talent Visa | Endorsement Stage
A strong Global Talent Endorsement application requires strategic positioning, careful selection of evidence, and a portfolio that presents your achievements in a clear and compelling way. Many applications fall short not because the profile is weak, but because the file does not fully reflect the strength, impact, and recognition behind it.
I provide endorsement-stage coaching and application support only. I do not provide immigration advice, assess eligibility or offer legal representation. For advice relating to your individual immigration circumstances, please consult a qualified immigration lawyer or an IAA-regulated adviser. Information shared is based on publicly available guidance from GOV.UK and relevant endorsing bodies.
Every engagement begins with the Endorsement Strategy & Positioning. This is the foundation.

Every engagement begins with a Strategy & Positioning Session. This is the foundation of the process.
Together, we assess your profile, identify your strongest assets, and determine the most effective way to present your achievements. If further preparation is needed, we outline exactly what to focus on before moving forward.
Either way, you leave with a clear understanding of where you stand and what comes next.
The Global Talent Endorsement Stage support is an area I genuinely enjoy working in. It sits at the intersection of career strategy, sector expertise, and the careful translation of a professional's work into a coherent, evidence-backed case, which is exactly the kind of work I find most meaningful.
I work on which evidence to select, how to frame it, what the personal statement needs to do, and how the recommendation letters must be constructed to speak to the en criteria that actually matter.
My background is in HR strategy and talent management, with years spent working directly with professionals in Digital Technology, Arts & Culture (mostly Architecture), and Academia. I understand how these industries function in the UK, their progression logic, what kinds of achievements carry genuine weight, and how endorsement bodies read a profile.
Every document I work on is positioned with purpose and built to align fully with the formal endorsement requirements. That combination of career strategy and deep sector knowledge is what I bring to this work.
IMPORTANT: My work covers Stage 1 endorsement preparation only: strategic positioning, career narrative, and document preparation. I do not provide regulated immigration advice and I do not submit visa applications.

Elif Tunay
19 years of career experience + 13 as an HR Business Partner inside global organisations, 6 in career consultancy working directly with international professionals in the UK.
My HR background spans Digital Technology, Architecture, Banking and Finance, and Engineering, sectors where I worked alongside leadership teams, shaped talent strategy, and understood from the inside how organisations evaluate careers and potential. That knowledge is directly relevant to GT endorsement work: I understand what genuine talent looks like within these industries, and how endorsement bodies assess it.
For the past six years in consultancy, I have worked one-to-one with professionals across all three GT sectors: Digital Technology, Architecture, and Academia. Career positioning, endorsement narratives, and evidence strategy are not new territory for me. Every portfolio I work on is built to reflect the full weight of what the applicant has built, and to align fully with the formal endorsement requirements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I do not provide regulated immigration advice. I work on the strategic and narrative layer, which is where most applications succeed or fail.

Digital Technology, Arts & Culture (mostly Architecture) and Academia.
These are the sectors here I have both HR and career consulting experience in UK and direct GTV endorsement work. I understand what a strong profile looks like in each field, where borderline cases fall short, and how endorsing bodies read evidence. If you work in a different sector, please get in touch before booking, I will be direct about whether I can add value to your application.
The core documents are a GTV-level CV, a personal statement, three recommendation letters, and an evidence bundle. Each piece has to do specific work. The personal statement maps directly to the endorsement criteria. The recommendation letters speak to your standing in the field. The evidence is selected and framed strategically, not simply collected. How all of these come together as a coherent case is what I work on with you, depending on which support package you choose.

No. My role is to support the preparation of your endorsement portfolio, including the positioning, structure, and presentation of the supporting evidence. I do not submit immigration applications or provide immigration advice. If you require advice on your personal immigration circumstances, application submission, or legal representation, you should consult a qualified immigration lawyer or an IAA-regulated adviser. I am happy to refer you to trusted professionals if required.
Exceptional Talent is for established professionals with a strong, recognised track record in their field. Exceptional Promise is for earlier-to-mid career professionals with a clear upward trajectory, someone demonstrably on the path to becoming a leader. Neither is an easier route; they are assessed differently. Which category gives you the stronger case is something we determine together during our Strategy and Positioning Session.
