I spent 13 years inside global organisations as an HR Business Partner, working alongside leadership teams, shaping talent strategies, and being part of the decisions that determine whose career moves forward and whose does not.
Since then, I have supported more than 1,000 professionals across job search, career coaching, career transitions, and Global Talent Visa endorsement preparation.
That experience spans Digital Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, Academia & Education, and other highly skilled sectors. I understand how these industries operate in the UK specifically: their hiring filters, progression logic, market expectations, and the challenges international professionals often face when translating their experience into a new environment.
I also bring a practical understanding of the UK immigration ecosystem. Building a successful career as an international professional often means navigating two systems simultaneously: the labour market and the immigration system. My work sits at the intersection of both.
